About Fitnesshacks

At FitnessHacks, our goal is simple: help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body and supported every step of the way. Since September 2021, we’ve helped Cockburn Central locals build strength, lose weight, and stay consistent.

We’re a boutique training studio offering semi-private personal training (small groups with real coaching), so you get the attention of PT with the energy and accountability of a team. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, fitness, or just getting back into a routine, we’ll build a plan that fits your life and keep you consistent.

With structured training, clear progress tracking, and a community that actually cares, you’ll know exactly what to do each week and you’ll feel the difference fast.

Services we provide

Our gym offers a variety of equipment and services to provide you with the best possible workout experience.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi Private Personal Training is the perfect mix of personal coaching and a motivating group environment. You train in a small group, but you’re not doing a random class. Every session is coached, your program is tailored to your goals, and you get the accountability to stay consistent.

Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve fitness, or get back into routine, we’ll guide you through each session with proper technique coaching, progress tracking, and a plan that actually fits your week.

NDIS Supported Training

Our NDIS Supported Training is designed to help participants build confidence, fitness, and life skills in a supportive environment. Jaz and Jason work closely with participants to create positive routines through a mix of gym based training and community activities.

Depending on goals and support needs, sessions can include training in the studio as well as outings like laser tag and bowling, plus practical life skills such as cooking sessions at the youth centre.

Nutrition Support and Ready Made Meals

Training gets results faster when your nutrition is consistent. We offer simple, practical nutrition support to help you build better habits, improve energy, and stay on track without overcomplicating things.

For extra convenience, we also have ready made meals available as an optional add on, making it easier to hit your goals when life is busy.

Corporate Wellness

Our corporate fitness classes are designed to work with the unique needs of each company.

Recovery (Sauna, Ice Bath, Remedial Sports Massage and Cupping)

Recovery is a key part of getting results and staying consistent. At FitnessHacks you can support your training with our sauna and ice bath to help reduce soreness, improve circulation, and feel better between sessions.

We also offer remedial sports massage and cupping with Keiran, which is ideal for tight muscles, niggles, and anyone wanting to move better and recover faster.

Evolt Body Composition Scans

Track your progress beyond the scales. Evolt scans measure key body composition markers so we can adjust your training and keep you moving toward your goals with real data.

Fitnesshacks Crew

Meet the team behind FitnessHacks. We’re a tight knit crew of coaches and support staff who care about your progress and your experience. You’ll be welcomed, coached, and held accountable by people who genuinely want you to win.

ROBBY

Robby built FitnessHacks for people who want results but don’t want to feel judged, lost, or left to figure it out alone. He leads the coaching and programming with a simple focus: make training clear, keep standards high, and help members stay consistent long enough to actually change.

JAZ

Jaz is a high energy coach who makes training feel welcoming, fun, and achievable from day one, especially for beginners and women who want to lose weight and feel more confident. She brings a playful vibe to sessions, but don’t mistake it for “easy”. Jaz is big on standards and accountability, and she’ll give you the tough love you need to stay consistent and get results.

Jaz holds her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness through TAFE and believes the best progress comes from a personalised approach. She takes time to understand your goals, your starting point, and what’s realistically going to work with your lifestyle. From there, she helps you follow a clear plan, improves your technique, and keeps you progressing week after week so you’re not guessing what to do.

Jaz also supports our NDIS participants, helping build confidence, fitness, and positive routines through a mix of gym based sessions and community activities. Her goal is always the same. Help you feel capable, supported, and proud of what you can do.

ZOE

Zoe is a coach who brings a mix of knowledge, warmth, and real world practicality to FitnessHacks. She loves a chat, makes people feel comfortable straight away, and is especially passionate about helping women train with confidence and feel good in their bodies. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by fitness advice, Zoe is great at simplifying things and making a plan feel achievable.

Outside the gym, Zoe works at Elite Supplements and is studying to become a naturopath, which gives her a strong foundation in health, habits, and the bigger picture around results. She’s particularly interested in women’s health, including hormones, perimenopause, and menopause, and she’s big on helping members train in a way that supports their lifestyle and energy levels.

Zoe’s supplement knowledge is also a huge asset for FitnessHacks. She’s great at helping members understand what’s worth it and what isn’t, and she can put together simple supplement bundles based on your goals, whether that’s fat loss, energy, recovery, or performance.

Zoe is also known for her recipes and practical nutrition ideas, and she’ll be a huge part of our ready made meals and nutrition support. Whether it’s finding the right “exercise burners” for your sessions, improving technique, or helping you stay consistent, Zoe’s coaching is supportive, switched on, and focused on progress you can actually maintain.

Jason also helps with the practical stuff that makes progress possible. He can assist with transport as a driver, support appointments, and help participants plan routines that work in real life. He’s great with goal planning, meal planning, and cooking, helping participants build skills and habits that support their health and independence.
